I washed my eyes with tears
On that September day,
The grief that filled my heart,
Words just could not say
The towers fell; mass destruction
Like has never been seen
It's a perfect graveyard
Of buried hopes and dreams
Husbands, wives and children gone
From their families and friends
Oh how those terrorist should pay
For their unforgivable sins
It's a terrible injustice what happened
To those innocent people there
Their awful pain and suffering
Was so tragically unfair
The acts of terrorism are so cruel and cold;
On judgment day God will be in control
