Bro A Graves Jn'r brought in a complaint against Sister Nancy Caves George for taking his horse and bridle without lieve, and for for denying the charge - the matter was taken up and bro James Dciken appointed to cite her to the next meeting
The reference against bro. John Terrell's Isabel was taken up, she was found guilty of sin - excluded

Bro. Matthews requested approbation for the members of the upper end of this Church to form and constitute a new church. The metter was taken up the request granted.
On motion of bro. E. Graves agreed to build a new meeting house on the lot of ground, whereon Bullitsburgh meeting house now stands. The matter was taken up & brethren Geo. Gaines, Jno. Terrell, W. Early Wm Montague, Bro. R. Ward, Robert Kirtley and E. Graves app'd a committee to draw draft, estimate the probable expence of the same and report to the next meeting.

Bro. Montague moderator
Bro. Robt. Kirtley lodged a complaint against bro. Theolophilus Martin for going to law with a brother and refusing [to] decide the matter by referees
Also another complaint by bro. Ward against s's bro Martin for making use of improper experessions of certain members of this church. The matter was taken up satisfaction not made & he was excluded.

The mater was taken up and investigated. Moses beaing preasant is found guilty of sin. Satisfaction not obtained is suspended
The refferance respecting Sister Caves George was taken up he beaing found guilty of sin and failing to attend an give satisfaction is Excluded.
Received Bro. James Terrell by letter of dismission from Ohio Church.
The Brethren that appointed tp prepare a list of names of the preasant members of this church done acordingly & it appearing that some members named there in are not living within the knowledge of the church; Agreed that the same be continued for further inquiry as to there [their] standing and place of residence.
Letters of dismission are granted to Sisters Annah Bridges, Caty Mitchel ^ Nancy Mitchel Betsy Mitchel and Bro. Garnett Mitchel also sister Betsy Ledger.
A motion by Bro. A Graves Se'n, for the appointment of additional moderator.
Agreed that Bro. James Dicken fill that office. Brethren Thomas Whittaker and Robert Kirtley fill that office.
A motion by the trustes that were apponted to superintend the building of the Meeting house that the church take into consideration the place and situation of ^ setting concluded ______

Rec'd a request from the Church at the Forks of Gunpowder (by there mefsenger bro Isaac CArlton) for helps in the ordination of bro Craig to the ministry on third Sunday in April, the matter was taken up and brethren C. On motion of Bro. Wm. Cave Bro. Whitefield Early is appointed a truste for the building of the Meeting hous in his place

Lydia a Black member is this church belonging to Bro. Webb came forward with a complaint against herself for disobedience to her masster & running away.
This matter was taken up & investigated. She beaing found gilty of sin Satisfaction Satisfaction not obtained is suspended
Bro. John Terrell bought in complaint against Dafney a black member of this church for having an eligitimate child

John Terrell's Billy bought in a complaint against Jefsee for abuesing his wife and him self also for makeing some threats toward his person and refuesing to here the helps as called by himself to settle the difficulty. The matter was taken up & appointed brethren Edward Graves William Cave John Morrafs John Terrill and James Graves as a committee to get the Brethren together a settle a difficulty and report at the next meeting —
Bro. Edward Graves brought a complaint against Sister Walls' Edg for the sin of fornication, The matter was taken up and appointed Bro Joseph Graves to cite her to the next meeting —
Also a complaint against Bro E'd Garnett's Kite and Bob for purloining, The matter was taken up and Bro. Thomas Whitaker appointed to cite them to the next meeting.
The Bro. Clerk bought in a complaint against Wm. Goodridge's Peter for making use of improper exprefsions concerning the church and certin of its members also for running away
The matter was taken up and Bro. J Clore appointed to cite him to the next meeting
The suspension of Bro Jeremiah Cave's Moses taken up and satisfaction not fully obtained is continued —
The Reforence concerning Bro. Cave's Montague's ^Ralph/ is taken up he failing to attend the call of the church is excluded

The reference of bro. John Terrell's Dafney refured and that the same brother attend to the order of last meeting —
The reference concerning the examination of the list of members who had moved out of the bounds of the church refured
The Bro. Deacons who were appointed to make the apportionment ^ reported that they had apportioned the sum of Eleven Dollars Twenty five cents which was received

Agreed that Bro. James Dicken exercise his publick gift where ever God in his providence may cast his lot —
Agreed to encourage Bro. Robert Kirtley to exrcise his gifts when & where ever he thinks proper
On motion to the Trustese that ware appointed to superintend the building ^ of the meeting house / that they have the liberty to make such alterations in the building as they think proper so as not to incur any more expence this Season agreed that they have the privilege —

The Brethren that were appointed to examine the list of members who had moved out of the bounds of the chruch reported that Sister Susan Allen had removed her esdience for a conciderable time and and it appearing that she had attached herslf to the Methodist society she is therefore no longer considered as one of our body —

Agreed that next meeting be a day of commeorating the death and suffering of our Lord and Saviour —
Agreed that the Trustese who were appointed to attend to the building of meeting ^house/; Dispose of the old one in the best way that they can & appropriate the procects to the building of the new one and report accordingly —
Also appointed bro. E'd Graves and William Cave to draw a subscription for the benefite of building the meetinghouse and guil what they can subscribed against next meeting and report acordingly —

Bro. Graves informed the church that bro. Jefse a black member of this church & belonging to Ben Johnson had absconded from his master for some time & not within the knowledge of the church and canote be come at & that he was also accused of purloining previous to his elopement The matter was taken up investigated & he found guilty of sin and note beaing in the reach of the church is excluded —
The brethren who were appointed to write a Subscription to rase an additional sum for the building of the meetinghouse. Reported that they had writen a Subscription & that the sums subscribed is 00.00
The Trustese reported that they had disposed of the old meetinghouse for the sum of 135.00 & that the sum of the old subscription was - 1512.00 & that the expense of building the house is, 1750.00 which is 113 more that the subscription and the profits of the old meetinghouse
Agreed to rase the the sum of 150 Dollars to go the building of the meeting house & appoint brethren Early, Gaines and Graves to apportion the same & reporte accordingly —

Motioned by Bro. Graves to build a saddle house the matter was taken up and after investigation authorized the Trustese to contract (?) with some person to build the same

Agreed that we preserve 10th Day of this instant as a day of prair, fasting and humility before the Lord our God in consequence of the languid sate [state] of Zion —

It appearing that Rose who formerly was a member of this church and belonging to Robert ^ Piatt/ having previously obtained a letter of Dismifsion and no record made of it therefore it is agreed that now stand Dismifsed and no longer be considered a member of this body —
Agreed Agreed that the Church transcribe the list of members names of this church and enrol only those that are now members of this body, —
The Trustese who ware appointed to attend to the building of the meetinghouse reported that the work was done and they had received the House and the cost is - - - - - 1850.00

James Dicken informed the church that brother Loid James who was a member of this church and had obtained a letter of Dis'l and had not Joined any other church was gilty of the sin of petty Larceny and had left his wife and n ot beaing within the reach of the church, the matter was taken up and investigated the charges satisfactorelly proved and he excluded —

Bro, William B, Haydon brought in a complaint against bro. Elijah Granett for for absenting himself for some time from meeting for suffering species of gambling in his house and partakeing of the amuse ment Also a like complaint against bro. Thomas Green for absence from meeting and Gambling
The matter was taken up and appointed bro. Robert Kirtley and Ed, Graves to site them to the nexte meeting

bro, Michael Clore brought in a complaint against sister Vina (belonging to bro McCoy) for the sin of adultery the matter was taken up and refured until next meeting & appointed bro, Joseph Graves to cite her to the same. —
Bro. Kirtley brought in a complaint against bro. Pippen and Sister Milly for departing from the truth and contending they had not untill it was proved by others, the matter was taken up and Pipin came forward and made satisfactory acknowledgement & was acquited —
The refference respecting bro Thomas Green was taken up & investigated he beaing preasant brought in a complaint against himself for entering into an afray with a man not long since which was also taken up and investigated and he failing to give satisfaction is suspended,
Received bro Reuben Graves by Letter of recommendation from Middle creek

Brethren George Gaines, William Cave and Reuben Graves are appointed to procure two stoves for the use of the Church, to be paid for in produce and make their report to the Church
The letter to the Afsociation to be held at Middle Creek the 4 friday in this month prisented by bro. Graves - read, and the blanks ^being/ fill'd, approved
The refference respecting the Church fund taken up, and the bro deacons reported that they had three dollars & seventy four cents donated

bro. James Dicken laid in a complaint against bro. Reuben Lyon for intoxication and Profane swearing. The matter taken up and he being absent, bro. edw. Graves is appointed to cite him to the next meeting
Agree'd that the brethren Deacons & Clerk apportion the Sum from fifteen to eighteen dollars on the members of this Church and report at next meeting
Agreed that we purchase a peace of ground of Robt. Willis adjoining the Meeting-house lot suposed to be three quarters of an acre, and to pay the sum of ten dollars for the same, and the bro. Clerk is appointed to attend to the purchasing of a deed
Agreed that we commune tomorrow
Agreed that we commune in future on Sunday after the first Saturdays in February, June & October —
The refference respecting bro. Thos. Green taken up, he failing to attend and give Satisfaction is excluded.
A letter of dismifsion is granted to sister Rebeca McLevdin (?)
