1. Jacob Bear (Bahr) was born about 1695 in prob. Germany or Switzerland. He died 7 Dec 1769 in Earl Twp., Lancaster, PA. Jacob Bahr immigrated on the ship Molly in 1727 to Phila., PA along with his brother, Samuel Bahr.

Jacob married Sarah Unknown. Sarah was born about 1711 in Leacock, Lancaster Co., PA.

Jacob had the following children (we don't know that Sarah was their mother):

				Barbara married Michael Kneisly. Michael was born about 1734 in Cocolico, Lancaster Co., PA. He died about 1794.
	5	M	iv	Michael Bear was born about 1737.
				Michael married Margaret Unknown.
	6	F	v	Mary Bear was born about 1739 in Leacock, Lancaster Co., PA.
				Mary married Joseph Hershberger. Joseph was born about 1735 in Lancaster Co., PA. He died 1770 in Ephrata, Lancaster Co., PA.
