Truman Thaddius "Thady" Sanders, 2nd individual from the left,
was born November 23, 1876 in Hamilton County, IL.
was the son of Elmore and Roena (Phelps) Sanders.
Roena died shortly after Thady was born.
Thaddius Sanders died January 8, 1967 in Carmi, White County, IL.,
and is buried in the Maple Ridge Cemetery, Carmi, Illinois.

Thady was a veteran of the Spanish American War
(Co. "D" 9th IL. Infantry) and World War I.
