1891 - 1964

Harriett, the daughter of James Russell Sanders and Clara Jane Goodwin, was born January 27, 1891, Mt. Carmel, IL.
She died March 15, 1964, Philadelphia, PA and is buried in the Fernwood Cemetery, Lansdowne, PA.

Harriett married:
(1) Joseph Howard Rayborn (1887 - 1970), August 06, 1910, St. Charles, MO. Divorced June 16, 1919.
(2) Earl Joseph Carns (1894 - 1959), May 31, 1930, New York City, NY.
She is buried in the Fernwood Cemetery, Lansdowne, PA.

Harriett was under five feet tall. During her life, she played the piano and the organ. She had a great love of music. Early on, she played in the theater for silent movies, later, she played the pipe organ for her church. She was very talented.
During her life, we know she lived in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The 1920 census shows Harriett was a Music Teacher. We know she became a florist, however she kept playing the piano. She owned a flower shop in Springfield, PA, before retiring to Phila., Pa. where she lived till she died.
