Clara was the daughter of William Jarrett Goodwin and Rachel Taylor Short.
She was born between 1866 and 1868 in Evansville, Illinois.
She died February 13, 1955 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is buried in the Fernwood Cemetery, Lansdowne, PA.
